Shipping
We charge $15 flat shipping on all orders in the U.S. We currently do not offer free shipping for International. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed before 3:00pm EST will ship the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days from the shipment date.
For your convenience, we offer standard ground shipping as our default option, ensuring reliable and timely delivery. If you need your items sooner, you may choose expedited two-day shipping at checkout for an additional fee.
Cancellations
If you’d like to cancel an order, you must cancel it before 3:00PM on the day you purchased. If you placed an order after 3:00PM you must cancel before 10:00AM the following day. You can cancel your order by sending an email to info@diepkhangyen.com with your order number or by calling our customer specialists at 407-777-8085.
Return Policy
You can return your purchase from https://diepkhangyen.com within 15 days of delivery if you are not satisfied. To receive a refund for your purchase, please include the unopened item(s) along with your order number. Shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are not refundable. Purchases, exchanges or returns made at a retail outlet other than https://diepkhangyen.com, must be returned at the original point of purchase.

Please include packing slip and order number. Shipments should be sent using a traceable method, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking.
Damaged Items
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, retain the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately by email at info@diepkhangyen.com with your order number. We will provide you with a label for a return. After we receive and inspect the damaged item, we will promptly send you a replacement.
